After you login, you need to visit virtual Classroom page from the dropdown as per the given screenshot.

On the virtual classroom page you will see the “Get recorded Video” option in the table as the following screenshot:

The Video will be available only for 2 months, after that it will be removed automatically. See T&C’s

You can do this first by creating an account. After you login, you need to navigate to the tutors profile and use the contact me button located on your right hand as per the screenshot where you can communicate with the tutor easily.

When a class has been scheduled, you will receive a notification email where you can join the class using the link provided. However, you can simply log into your account use the dropdown, click on virtual class option where you will see the join class link.

Yes, You can request a free video chat. This

Yes you can book an offline lesson but this is also based on the tutors availability.

on the tutor profile page you can review your tutor.

You can find the cities link on the footer section of the website. After you click on the link you will be redirected to a new page where you can view tutors based on their location.

Click on find-a-tutor page and you will see the online/offline filter options on the left side bar as the following:

On your profile, you will get an option for the free video chat where you need to click on checkbox button to enable the free video chat. Please see screenshot below for reference.

Note: Free video chat time will be default as 30 minutes.

Navigate to the billing information on the account settings page to add your bank account for payments. You just need to create account on Stripe to get money and need to add that stripe account details as following in this billing information section:

You can communicate with the tutor to reschedule this class. However, if you wish to cancel this class and seek a refund, please see our cancellation policy, and refund policy on our T&C’s page

When lessons or milestones are marked as completed by the student, payments will be released after 3 workings days.

You can communicate with your student to create milestones when they book a regular lesson.

You can manually set homework’s for your students and send it via the message box. We will launch a homework portal very soon.

Tutors can teach offline, To teach offline you must activate this via your account.

The Process works exactly like the online lessons. You can either decide to book and pay for a one-off lesson or regular lessons. You can also create milestones for a regular lesson, which can be released after the end of each lesson.

After the classes end, you will receive a notification to review your students performance.

The Nkuzi team will review your profile. This will be approved after a successful interview and the profile will be made visible on the find a tutor page.
